viahlink.com was started from inside the dental industry, by people who have carried case deadlines rather than software roadmaps.
Why the company exists
Case volume grew. Digital dentistry raised what a design has to be. The number of experienced dental CAD designers a US lab can actually hire did not move.
Labs told us the same thing in different words. The work is there, the equipment is there, and the design step is where the week gets lost. Posting a role does not fix a month that is already booked.
So we built the bench instead. viahlink.com is a vetted network of dental CAD professionals that a laboratory can reach the same day, with the review process and the written record a production floor needs.
What We Believe
Three positions we do notintend to move on.
Quality starts with people.
A checklist does not judge occlusion. A designer who has finished that indication a hundred times does. We spend our effort on who does the work and on how it is reviewed.
The lab keeps the case.
You hold the prescription, the approval, and the relationship with the dentist. We are a step inside your workflow, never a party between you and your client.
Capacity should be borrowed.
Hiring is a long commitment against a problem that changes week to week. Borrowed capacity lets a lab say yes in March without carrying the cost in August.
